For people who require more help with daily living than their families can provide, our lovely residential care home offers a smart and welcoming option. Catering to 12 residents, Green Acres Manor affords both privacy and opportunity for recreation.

Our staff takes pride in the help we give our valued residents, and in the casual, elegant atmosphere of our Wine Country home. We are licensed by the State of California as a residential care facility for the elderly.

Located between Sonoma and Santa Rosa in the prestigious Valley of the Moon, Green Acres Manor is situated on 1 1/3 enclosed acres. Lush park-like settings, beautiful views of Sugarloaf Mountain, local vineyards and rural beauty provide an ideal setting for casual country living.
