Our lovely grounds invite walks in the garden, which our Sonoma County sunshine makes a place of beauty almost year-round. Or, an impromptu game of Scrabble amongst the residents makes for a cozy way to spend an evening indoors.

In addition to the pastimes our residents enjoy on a daily basis, we also schedule enjoyable planned activities. We are fortunate to live in an area that is rich in both scenery and in culture. Even a short drive takes us places that tourist travel from all over the world to visit!

With weather as wonderful as ours, so many activities can be enjoyed out of doors. Umbrellas offer cool comfort on our sunny patio. Because Green Acres offers community living, residents are never likely to be short a bridge partner.

Parks, beaches and forests are just a few miles down the road from us. Dining al fresco in the world-famous redwoods is a fantastic way to celebrate the extraordinarly natural beauty that surrounds us here. And at Green Acres Manor, even a day spent quietly at home offers stunning mountain and vineyard views.

A scenic drive through Sonoma and Marin counties takes us to the Golden Gate Bridge. We're lucky that such a memorable day trip is just about an hour's drive away. Our very central Bay Area location makes it easy for friends and family to come to us to visit our residents, too!

This Christmas, our residents set their baking know-how to work to make fabulous batches of decorated holiday cookies. This certainly made for sweet memories for all of us!

Our day out at the mall ensured that every resident had a chance to do some Christmas shopping for their loved ones. These excursions are well-staffed to take the utmost care in the comfort and safety of our residents.
