BOO!!! And Happy Halloween to all.
Yes, these letters are arriving early this month. We would like to invite you and your families over for Halloween on Monday, October 31. We would like to have some youngsters over to trick or treat for our residents. This will happen after dinner which is around 5-5:30pm. Monica and I are going to be on vacation from October 15-27. This was planned before the purchase of Green Acres. Helga will be here in our stead to ensure consistency in operations and care.
Monica and I had a wonderful morning walking around Spring Lake for the Alzheimer’s Association Wine Country Memory Walk. Green Acres made a donation in the name of all of our residents to help find a cure for Alzheimer’s Disease. We look forward to more participation and walking with you all next year.
We had another exciting birthday this month. Mrs. Zelda Hammer turned 95. WOW!!! We all had a great time celebrating this wonderful occasion.
